BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Warren County Government will hold a public forum on data centers and local protections next week.

According to a social media post, Warren County is hosting “Strong Standards Proactive Approach” on Tuesday, June 23, from 5 to 7 pm at the WKU Knicely Conference Center on Nashville Road.

Officials will discuss how Bowling Green and Warren County are leading the way on resident protections and data center conversations,” according to the post.

The event will provide residents with the opportunity to ask questions.

At last week’s fiscal court meeting, Judge-Executive Doug Gorman said the county is working ahead of time to establish regulations before any proposal is ever submitted.

Warren County Judge Executive Doug Gorman issued the following statement:

Warren County is the greatest place to live and work because of its people! As Judge Executive, I’m excited to welcome residents to an open house about data centers and local protections. As I said at fiscal court – we are leading the country on proactive steps to protect residents. Stop by to learn more and join the conversation!
