Nicholas ‘Nick’ Houck charged with perjury in Bardstown

BARDSTOWN, Ky. – The Kentucky State Police says it arrested 46-year-old Nicholas “Nick” Houck of Bardstown on Thursday for alleged perjury.
According to troopers, Houck was arrested on an indictment warrant following an investigation conducted by KSP Post Four detectives.
Troopers say the investigation showed Houck allegedly committed perjury between 2015 and 2023. As a result, authorities say Houck was charged with first-degree perjury.
Houck was taken into custody and lodged without incident. The investigation is ongoing.
