Logan County judge executive issues burn ban

RUSSELLVILLE, Ky. – Logan County Judge Executive Phil Baker issued an executive order to prohibit outdoor burning Wednesday evening.

Logan is the latest county to issue the ban, joining Edmonson and Warren.

In an executive order, Baker stressed to residents to adhere to restrictions as dry conditions continue.

Baker met with fire departments across the county to make the decision.

All outdoor burning is suspended until conditions improve.
