Med Center to host Expectant Parent Fair in April

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Med Center Health is hosting the annual Expectant Parent Fair on Wednesday, April 15, from 3:30 pm to 6 pm at The Medical Center-WKU Health Sciences Complex.

According to a release, the Mother-Baby Department hosts the event to provide a variety of demonstrations, vendors and educational opportunities.

Med Center says attendees will have the opportunity to win door prizes and one attendee will win a year’s supply of diapers.

  • Photo booth
  • Demonstrations and Information Sessions
    • Car Seat Safety
    • Infant CPR
    • Safe Sleep
    • Ask the Dietitian – prenatal and postnatal nutrition for mom’s health
    • Lactation Services
    • For parents with toddlers – a special area with books, balloon twisting, and face painting
    • A tour of The Medical Center’s Mother-Baby Unit. Tours will be offered continuously. Last tour begins at 5:30 pm.
