Glasgow man arrested after injuring victim with hedge trimmers, police say

GLASGOW, Ky. – A Glasgow man is behind bars after police say a man reportedly injured a victim with hedge trimmers.

Police say on Wednesday, they arrested 36-year-old Matthew David Hindsley of Glasgow on a second-degree assault charge.

Authorities say the incident involved a female victim.

According to police, the victim received non-life threatening injuries.

Hindsley remains at the Barren County Detention Center.

The case remains under investigation.
