Ohio County shooting leaves 1 injured, KSP investigating

BEAVER DAM, Ky. – The Kentucky State Police is investigating a shooting in Ohio County.

According to a release, KSP troopers responded to a reported shooting in the 900 block of Crowe Street in Beaver Dam Friday evening.

KSP’s initial investigation shows that Samantha Fultz and Miles Snodgrass arrived at Fultz’s residence and were confronted by Billy Fultz.

A confrontation between Snodgrass and Billy Fultz led to Snodgrass discharging a firearm that struck Fultz in the abdomen, according to the release.

KSP says Fultz was transported to Owensboro Health for treatment.

No arrests have been made.

The investigation is ongoing.
