Emmett Avenue at CSX railroad crossing to close Jan. 17-20

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Drivers should be aware of an upcoming road closure in the downtown Bowling Green area.

According to the city, Emmett Avenue will be closed from Jan. 17-20 at the CSX railroad crossing.

This is to allow a crew to give the tracks a much-needed tune up, the city says.

Drivers should watch for detours and plan to add a few extra minutes to their travel time.
