Glasgow man allegedly assaults, strangles woman, police say

GLASGOW, Ky. – A Glasgow man is facing charges following an alleged altercation.
Glasgow Police Department Major Terry Flatt says officers responded to a home on Pocahontas Trail on Saturday after a 911 phone call was disconnected.
Officers say a physical altercation had taken place between Chayse Gladden, 29, of Glasgow, and a female victim.
Officers say the victim had visible injuries from the altercation.
Gladden was arrested and was lodged at the Barren County Detention Center.
He is charged with assault 4th degree (domestic violence) minor injury and strangulation 2nd degree (domestic violence).
