Lottery ticket sold in Bowling Green worth $25,000 a year for life

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – One lucky winner in Bowling Green can claim $25,000 a year for life.

Kentucky Lottery officials say a drawing held Tuesday, Oct. 21 produced a winning ticket sold in the Commonwealth.

The ticket was sold at Jr. Foods at 3380 Louisville Road in Bowling Green.

That winning ticket matched the first five numbers drawn, officials say, however, did not match the Lucky Ball. The winning numbers included eight, nine, 15, 31, 32 and a Lucky Ball of 12.

The winner also has the option to take the $390,000 cash option, according to lotter officials.

The Kentucky Lottery advises the winners to:

  • Sign the back of their tickets.
  • Keep them in a secure location.
  • Claim their prize within 180 days from the date of the drawing.

Winners must claim their prizes at lottery headquarters at 1011 W. Main St. in Louisville. Winners should contact the lottery at 1-877-789-4532 to make an appointment to claim their prize.
