UPDATE: 3 victims in fatal Glasgow crash identified

GLASGOW, Ky. – The Glasgow Police Department responded to a fatal crash Friday evening.
Major Terry Flatt says officers received a dispatch to the intersection of Veterans Outer Loop and North Jackson Highway at approximately 11:32 p.m.
GPD’s initial investigation shows that Asa Howard, 18, of Edmonton, was driving northbound on North Jackson Highway and driving through the intersection with Veterans Outer Loop when his vehicle collided with a car driven by Timothy Houchens, of Glasgow. Houchens was traveling eastbound on Veterans Outer Loop.
Howard and his passenger, Caden French, of Glasgow, were transported to TJ Samson Hospital for injury treatment. They were later lifeflighted for further treatment. Another passenger, Jabari Sweat, 21, of Glasgow, was also transported to TJ Samson Hospital for treatment and later released.
Another passenger, Emily Corbin, 18, of Hart County, and a 14-year-old juvenile, of Bowling Green, were pronounced dead at the scene. A 17-year-old juvenile from Edmonton was also pronounced dead at the scene.
Houchens and his passenger, Stephen Estes, were transported to TJ Samson Hospital for injury treatment.
Flatt says the preliminary investigation indicates that alcohol was a factor in the crash. The department is awaiting toxicity reports.
The Glasgow Police Department Reconstruction Unit’s investigation is ongoing.
