First Watch, an American restaurant chain, to open location in Bowling Green

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – American restaurant chain First Watch is opening a future location in Bowling Green.

A member of the chain’s public relations team confirmed the announcement Tuesday, stating the breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant will be located at 2945 Scottsville Road.

In addition, the team member stated it is expected to open in early 2027.

Associates say the Bowling Green location will feature a patio, an interior bar and a locally-inspired mural.

Along with offerings such as avocado toast, lemon ricotta pancakes and Million Dollar Bacon, associates say the restaurant’s opening will create an estimated 30 new jobs in the community. The company’s PR team confirms First Watch operates on a “no night shifts ever” approach, allowing team members to enjoy their evenings.

Five times per year, First Watch associates say the restaurant offers a revolving seasonal menu. The team’s statement also stated that “all dishes are made to order using fresh ingredients in a kitchen without heat lamps, microwaves or deep fryers.”

The Bowling Green restaurant will be open 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily.
