Kentucky State Police arrests Somerset man after standoff

SOMERSET, Ky. – One man is facing charges after authorities say he barricaded himself in a Somerset residence after shooting into his neighbors’ homes.
The Kentucky State Police Post 11 London says it was notified by Pulaski County dispatch at 7:45 p.m. Sunday regarding a barricaded subject near the intersection of East Mount Vernon Street and Crawford Avenue in Somerset.
