Bowling Green man found guilty of sex charges involving minors

WARREN COUNTY, Ky. – A Bowling Green man is facing up to 12 years in prison for sex charges involving minors. 

According to Commonwealth’s attorney Kori Beck Bumgarner, on May 22, a Warren County jury found 21-year-old Terron Hopson of Bowling Green guilty on several charges involving minors.  Those charges include unlawful use of electronic means to induce a minor to engage in illegal sexual activity or other prohibited activities, promoting a sexual performance by a minor and second-degree rape.

Sentencing for this case is set for June 24 of this year with the jury recommending a sentence of 12 years.
