Evergreen Commons coming to Bowling Green

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – 3503 Nashville Road will soon be the site of a mixed-use development that hopes to fill community needs, specifically in South Warren County.

Andy Shultz, founder and CEO of the Koin Group, said in an interview that the 26-acre property will be home to the “lookout building,” which will be a 41,000-square-foot rental space for restaurants and boutiques, as well as an outdoor turfed space for people to socialize.

Shultz said this development will be a work, live, and play area that will provide entertainment and living space. Cedar Apartments will develop the back of the property with over 100 Class A units.

Shultz said construction will begin in the summer of 2025.
