Owensboro man charged with possession of child sexual exploitation material

OWENSBORO, Ky. – An Owensboro man is facing multiple charges related to child sexual exploitation material.
The Owensboro Police Department says it arrested 20-year-old William Keeling of Owensboro Thursday morning following an investigation by detectives.
Police say Keeling was taken into custody at his place of employment. Authorities say they also executed a search warrant on Keeling’s home off of the 3200 block of Wandering Lane.
According to police, multiple videos shared by Keeling have been confirmed to be child sexual abuse material. Police say multiple items were seized for further examination, which could lead to additional charges or suspects.
Keeling faces charges of 10 counts of distribution of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor under 12, nine counts of distribution of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor over 12 and under 18, five counts of possession of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor under 12 and three counts of possession of matter portraying sexual performance by minor over 12 and under 18.
He remains at the Daviess County Detention Center.
