School zone PSA by Bowling Green Police

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Complaints have been made concerning school zones in the city limits and therefore, increased safety measures will take place.

The Bowling Green Police Department will ramp up patrols in school zones following some close calls to ensure that everyone can continue their day safely.

BGPD Recruitment Sergeant Brad Hogue said that writing citations and issuing fines isn’t the goal but they will write them if necessary and stay on the look out for careless driving.
