Dennison’s Roadside Market talks opening day and new growing season

HORSE CAVE, Ky. – Dennison’s Roadside Market opens on April 1 and they are excited to get back into the swing of things, regardless of the weather.

Matthew Dennison who works the farm along with his brother and father said “in farming you don’t worry too much about the weather because it’s always going to work against you…” when asked about the ups and downs of Kentucky skies this season.

Dennison said they’ll be expanding their produce acres this year following the opportunity to sell large quantities of fruits to some big buyers.
