Richardsville Elementary named one of America’s Healthiest Schools

A Warren County Public School has been named as one of America’s healthiest schools.

Richardsville Elementary School made the 2018 list of America’s Healthiest Schools by the Alliance for a Healthier Generation.

The school is receiving national recognition for it’s commitment to the students’ health and well-being.

The list only recognizes schools that have met or exceeded expert recommended standards set by Healthier Generations, Healthy Schools Program.

The schools must serve healthy meals and get students moving throughout the day, while offering high quality health and physical education.

Richardsville Elementary is one of 17 schools in Kentucky to make the national list.
