Remembering those lost with Glory Baby Ministry and Hosparus Health
BOWLING GREEN, KY.- Tuesday was Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Day, something roughly one-quarter of all women experience. But it’s not just women who experience this grief, the entire family unit feels the impact of a loss.
That’s why Glory Baby Ministry partnered with Hosparus Health to invite families to gather in support of each other on Tuesday. Families impacted by pregnancy or infant loss listened to testimonies from those who have felt that loss. Over 60 candles were lit in honor of those lives lost. It was an emotional night for many, but attendees tell us that having a community like this has helped their grieving process.
The journey of grief and loss is not a linear one, by these local organizations want you to know, that you’re not alone. Glory Baby Ministry holds support groups for both mothers and fathers, led by parents who have been through loss.
