WANTED WEDNESDAY: Man wanted following violation of emergency protective order
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – One man is wanted by the Kentucky State Police after they say he violated an emergency protective order.
Authorities say 40-year-old Timothy Russell had an emergency protective order filed against him on July 17.
The victim says that between Aug. 31 and Sept. 27, Russell violated the protective order and repeatedly reached out to her using an unknown number through text messages.
On Sept. 27, the woman says she left her house to go to work and found a fake rat placed on top of her car with her initials painted on the rat in yellow paint.
The above’s workplace in Warren County was also vandalized by a perpetrator using yellow spray paint, authorities say.
Russell is also wanted for several other charges, including reckless driving and drug possession.
He is described as 6 feet tall and 180 pounds.
