‘Unlawful’ products seized at Purple Haze Vape Store in Glasgow
GLASGOW, Ky. – The Glasgow Police Department says charges are pending after complaints regarding an area vape store.
According to authorities, detectives with GPD executed a search warrant on Monday at the Purple Haze Vape Store at 199 N L Roger Wells Boulevard in Glasgow.
Police say they had received several complaints from parents, school personnel and school resource officers from both Glasgow and Barren County school systems of the store providing products to minors.
Upon further investigation, authorities say they learned the store had been selling products that “were unlawful to be possessed or sold by the store to the public.”
Police say business records, currency and a large amount of prohibited products were seized from the business.
