Bowling Green man charged after sending explicit images to teen, police say

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A Bowling Green man is facing charges after police say he sent explicit images to a teen.
According to a uniform citation, police arrested Drake Woody, 38, on Thursday. He is charged with procuring or promoting use of a minor by electronic means.
The uniform citation further states police spoke to Woody Thursday in reference to a separate call.
While speaking to Woody, police say he said he had been “involved in a relationship” with the teen.
Police say Woody sent sexually explicit images of himself through online chats to the teen, who later identified his age.
Woody continued engaging in sexual conversations with the teen even after learning the teen’s age, according to police.
Woody remains at the Warren County Detention Center.
The investigation is ongoing.
