Red, White and Boom being hosted in Russellville this Friday

RUSSELLVILLE, Ky. – The Southern Heights Baptist Church in Russellville will host Red, White and Boom, a community event.

On Friday, July 5, you can enjoy free food, activities and fireworks, with the event kicking off at 6 p.m. The Kiddie Parade will begin at 7 p.m.

The event is open to the public and will be located at 1400 Nashville St.

In addition, the church is also hosting a lemonade stand at the event, where all proceeds go to Isaiah 117.

Isaiah 117 is a charity organization and ministry with the goal to change the way children go into foster homes. The Isaiah 117 House in Logan County houses children who are awaiting foster care placement.
