United Way offering enrollment events for Dolly Parton’s Reading Program

The United Way of Southern Kentucky has announced three enrollment events for the Dolly Parton Imagination program initiative.

Parton’s program puts books in the hands of local children to assist in fostering a love for reading. All children from newborn to age five are eligible to register into the program in the county in which it’s offered. 

All three enrollment events will take place on Wednesday, July 25th.

The events will take place at:

Allen County: Sonic on Gallatin Road 

Hart County: The Munfordville McDonald’s on Main Street

Warren County: Wendy’s on Scottsville Road. 

Volunteers will be on site at each location from 2:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
