Coming to Bowling Green: Glowfit

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – All fitness levels and experience are welcomed to Glowfit for an eventful workout.

On July 13, participants will attend a social hour and dance fit from 5 to 8 p.m. Admission to the Sloan Convention Center is $20 for the first inaugural event.

Benefits include cardio workouts, improving coordination, more flexibility, stress relieve and community interaction.

Glowfit is hosted by the Grande with Ashton and Kristie. For social hour, attendees can connect with the Grande, Willow Hill Marketplace, Magnolia Med Spa, Twisted Sisters Nutrition of Franklin, Get Fit Stay Fit with Ashton, Step Club, Linked With Lexi and more.
