A traffic alert out of Franklin this morning as the Kentucky State Police have reported a confirmed fatality after a car accident on I-65 south around mile marker nine. According to the Franklin Police Department, interstate traffic is detouring through Franklin, causing some traffic in town. News 40 will continue to follow this developing story.
