Cave City councilman passes away

CAVE CITY, Ky.- A Cave City councilman passed away on Tuesday in Bowling Green.

Joseph Larry Davidson, 80, died after battling a brief illness, according to his obituary.

Davidson was elected to the council in 2018 and owned Davidson Auto Repair. He was also a member of the Trapshooting Hall of Fame.

Visitation for Davidson will take place Friday and Saturday and Patton Funeral Home in Park City. The funeral service will occur at 11 a.m. on Saturday.

Davidson will be buried at Cave City Cemetery.
