Worldwide Technologies LLC to create 16 full-time jobs with $1.2 million facility in Glasgow

GLASGOW, Ky. – Sixteen new jobs and a $1.2 million investment from Worldwide Technologies is bringing a new facility to Glasgow.

The new location will boost the manufacturing company’s production of precision machine products, including heavy truck defense and medical parts. Gov. Andy Beshear announced the project Thursday, which comes in response to growing business opportunities for the company.

“The project is another great reminder of the economic momentum we’re seeing, not just with outside companies coming in but with homegrown companies building up,” said Beshear.

Worldwide Technologies began operations with a single warehouse in Bowling Green that employed five people. Today, the company employs over 70 Kentuckians.
