Charges against former Louisville basketball standout dropped
Charges against a former Bowling Green High School and University of Louisville basketball player have been dismissed.
Earlier this month, Louisville police charged Chane Behanan with possession of marijuana and receiving stolen property, after authorities in Louisville say they pulled over a vehicle Behanan was traveling in with three others. In the car, police say they discovered a stolen AK-47 style weapon and marijuana residue.
The charge of receiving stolen property was dismissed today.
Behanan also pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. Court records show the charge was dropped after Behanan completed a marijuana education program.
