1 dead in fatal Bath County collision
OWINGSVILLE, Ky. – The Kentucky State Police is investigating a fatal crash in Bath County.
On Aug. 30, KSP troopers responded to a reported collision on US 60 West.
Investigators say 52-year-old Lacy D. Fawn, of Sharpsburg, was driving east on US 60 when his vehicle exited the roadway and crashed into several trees.
KSP says Fawn was transported to St. Joseph Hospital in Mt. Sterling and later transferred to University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington for injuries.
On Sep. 3, Fawn died from his injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
