MOUNT OLIVET, Ky. – Kentucky State Police Post 6 is investigating after they say they observed a dismembered body and cooked body parts at a northern Kentucky home.

KSP says it received a call at 12:26 p.m. on Wednesday regarding a dead female located on a property on Brierly Ridge Road in Robertson County.

In a uniform citation, troopers say the caller initially was at the location to conduct building work and located a dismembered body behind the residence.

Upon arrival at the property, troopers say they located the body in the backyard near a blood-stained mattress.

Troopers say they observed another blood-stained mattress and drag marks in the grass leading away from the back of the home.

Troopers say they obtained a search warrant for the property.

At approximately 11 p.m., troopers say the Kentucky State Police Critical Incident Response Team located Torilena May Fields, 32, of Mount Olivet alone inside the residence.

Authorities say Fields refused to exit the residence after multiple commands were given. Troopers say Fields was later removed from the residence without further incident.

Upon exiting the residence, troopers say Fields had blood on her face, hands and clothing. Inside of the residence, troopers say they found body parts that appeared to have been cooked.

According to the citation, the caller stated he had been on the property on Oct. 8 with the property owner and that Fields was “casting spells on them and was being confrontational.”

Fields is charged with obstructing governmental operations, tampering with physical evidence and abuse of a corpse. She is lodged at the Bourbon County Detention Center.

The investigation remains ongoing and Fields may receive additional charges.
