WKU Volleyball announces selection show for 2024 NCAA Tournament

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — Securing their 14th automatic bid to the NCAA tournament, WKU Volleyball is excited to announce that this year’s selection show will take place at Overtime Sports Bar & Grill on Dec. 1 starting at 4 p.m. Fans are welcome to join the team for the NCAA selection show on ESPN.

The event is open to the public and CUSA tournament championship posters will be available to the first 100 fans.

Claiming both the Conference USA regular season and tournament titles for the second straight year, WKU moves to 19 total championships. With a 28-6 mark on the season, WKU is currently receiving votes in the latest AVCA Coaches’ Poll.

Hilltopper Volleyball has gone to the NCAA tournament 13 of the last 15 seasons while this year’s trip marks Travis Hudson’s 17th trip in program history.

The first and second rounds of the NCAA tournament will take place on either Thursday and Friday, Dec. 5 & 6, or Friday and Saturday, Dec. 6 & 7.

16 different campuses will host the opening rounds of the NCAA tournament and will narrow down to four hosts after that. The semifinals and finals will place in Louisville, Kentucky starting Thursday, Dec. 19.
