WKU Player of the Week: offensive lineman Marshall Jackson

Marshall Jackson

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Hilltopper offensive lineman Marshall Jackson is this week’s WKU Player of the Week.

Jackson helped the Tops put up 476 yards of offense in the team’s 27-22 win over Missouri State this past weekend.

The senior played 74 snaps at left tackle and posted a 65.8 run blocking grade, which was the highest among WKU offensive lineman in the win.

He also recorded a pass blocking grade of 87.1, helping the Tops maintain their current title as the No. 1 passing offense in the league.

All of these efforts led to him being named the Conference USA Offensive Lineman of the Week as well.

Marshall has spent the entirety of his collegiate career on the Hill and has been a huge reason why Western’s passing offense consistently charts the top of CUSA.
