WKU Player of the Week: Lady Topper golfer Kaylee Dwyer

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Today’s WKU Player of the Week goes to Lady Topper golfer Kaylee Dwyer after winning the Tennessee Spring Challenge last week.

The freshman posted a 4-under 140 to claim her first career victory and is the first freshman to earn a win for WKU in three years.

In the tournament, Dwyer led with nine birdies and bested a field that included five Top 150 players.

Her performance in Tennessee earned Dwyer her second career CUSA Golfer of the Week honor, marking the sixth time this season that a Lady Topper has received the league recognition.
