WCPS coaches get nationally recognized
WARREN COUNTY, Ky. – Congratulations are in order for two coaches in the Warren County Public School district.
Coach Thomas Carta and coach Chad Young, who instruct wrestling and tennis respectively, have been named coach of the year for their sport in Kentucky. A few things go into consideration for this award by the National Federation of High School Associations.
Carta and Young told News 40 they had a good bit of success in their seasons this year but are very surprised and humbled to get such a significant award.
