WCPL warns of toy recall after recent early childhood programs

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Warren County Public Library is warning visitors about a recent toy recall after the library’s recent early childhood programs.

The library says a toy inside of a red United Way bag that was distributed in July or earlier this month contains a toy on a safety recall list.

The library also says it removed the toys from remaining kits as soon as they were aware of the recall.

The recall notice states the toy has small discs that can detach from a pull string and cause a choking hazard.

Those who believe they may have received the toy should check if they received an early kit that may have included the toy.

If you did receive the recalled product, please discard it.
