Warren RECC provides Tuesday power outage update

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – In less than 48 hours since severe weather hit our viewing area, Warren RECC and assisting crews have restored power to 21,400 members.

Now, crews continue to work on the the remaining 7,600 without power.

The electric utility says their goal is to complete all restoration by the end of Wednesday, with isolated outages that may last into Thursday.

Crews are now restoring roads, single lines, neighborhoods and individual houses. The utility says to expect this restoration to be slower and asks for your patience at this time.

More than 35 crews have been assisting Warren RECC in this effort, and crews continue to work around the clock to restore power as soon as possible.
