Warren County Sheriff’s Office orders new patrol units
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Recently, the Warren County Sheriff’s Office was approved $465,584 to replace around part of their fleet to keep up with department needs.
With Warren County being 564 square miles and over 700 road miles, the WCSO racks up a lot of travel on their patrol units and needs to be upgraded about every five years. This year, the sheriff will be purchasing 10 2025 vehicles to patrol the streets.
Warren County sheriff Brett Hightower said he is appreciative of the court for knowing how important it is to have top of the line vehicles, which are also workspaces for deputies who spend majority of their day in the car.
