WANTED WEDNESDAY: Man wanted on rape, sodomy charges involving minor

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Kentucky State Police is searching for a man wanted on rape and sodomy charges involving a child.

According to troopers, 49-year-old Donnie A. Phelps, also known as Gregory Phelps, is wanted on charges of first-degree rape, victim under 12, first-degree sodomy, victim under 12, and bail jumping.

KSP public affairs officer trooper Katan Parker says Phelps has been wanted for several years.

Phelps is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall and last weighed in at 160 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
