Van removed from floodwater in Todd County

TODD COUNTY, Ky. – A van with two people inside was safely removed from floodwater earlier today.

Around 12:30 p.m., Todd County Emergency Management says the vehicle entered Tress Shop Road and ran into water.

Officials say heavy equipment was able to remove the vehicle, along with the individuals inside.

Following the incident, no injuries have been reported.
