UPDATE: Charges against man accused of setting a fire raise to manslaughter

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – One man is now dead and another faces manslaughter charges after a fire on Vine Street.
Authorities say Lee Morgan Henderson died following a two week treatment at a Nashville trauma hospital for injuries sustained in an apartment fire on November 3rd.
Bowling Green firefighters pulled Henderson from the fire and said he was severely injured.
Bowling Green police say Brad Mcelvain intentionally set a fire while Lee Morgan Henderson was in the shower.
Mcelvain told police he intentionally set a towel on fire because he was mad.
