Update: BGMU changes planned power outage date

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A planned power outage originally planned for Tuesday has been moved to Thursday in the Bent Tree Subdivision.

Bowling Green Municipal Utilities said in a release the outage will be due to restoration work. There will be a power outage from approximately 9:30 until 10:30 a.m.

Crews will work as quickly and safely as possible to decrease the length of the disruption.
