UNSOLVED: Kentucky woman still missing, 45 years later

LEITCHFIELD, Ky.- Today marks 45 years since Connie Faye Gregory of Leitchfield went missing. Connie disappeared on January 23rd of 1980. She was 30 years old at the time of her disappearance. She was reported missing by her parents after Connie did not report to work. However, her vehicle was found secured in the business parking lot. Co-workers told police they had some concerns after Connie did not come in to work and her car was backed into a space that she did not normally use. Contact was made with Gregory’s ex-husband, who reported that his last contact with Connie was on the day of her disappearance at approximately 5:20 P.M. At that time, the ex-husband stated that Gregory left their children in his care and stated that she would be gone for 2 to 3 days.
