Tropical Storm Beta Latest

(NBC News) — A Tropical Storm and Storm Surge Warning are still in effect in southeast Texas, as Beta weakened Sunday night. It remains a tropical storm with 50 mile per hour sustained winds — down from 60 miles per hour yesterday. NBC’s JAY GRAY reports.
