Trolley to roll again in Bowling Green
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The trolley is coming back to Bowling Green.
A Greyline trolley car will be back in Bowling Green next week.
The trolley will offer rides around downtown Bowling Green from 1:30 to 7:30 p.m. Dec. 7.
The trolley rides are free and open to the public.
The rides will last about 15 minutes and will even have Christmas carolers on board.
Riders will be able to catch a glimpse at the downtown Christmas lights while they are on the trolley.
This will give riders the chance to experience downtown Bowling Green in a unique way.
“We have been working with the Downtown Redevelopment Authority, Bobby Raybold, and some of the other downtown merchants on bringing the trolley back to continue to gauge interest in the community, but also we thought the holidays would be a great time with all the events going on downtown,” said Bowling Green Area Convention and Visitors Bureau public relations director Beth Noffsinger.
Riders will be picked up from the downtown Bowling Green parking garage.
