Trick-or-treating in Smiths Grove

SMITHS GROVE, Ky. – Halloween is a widely celebrated holiday in America and Smiths Grove is a good place to be during the holiday.

Hundreds of people could be seen walking up and down the stretch as houses and businesses gave out candy to eager trick-or-treaters. News 40 was on the scene and spoke to a newly arrived resident and the Smiths Grove police chief about the scene on Halloween night.
