Todd Co. inmates at large after escape from work detail

ELKTON, Ky. – The Kentucky State Police says it is searching for three inmates that escaped from the Todd County Detention Center.

At around 9:55 a.m. Thursday, KSP says Donte Lamonte Churchill, 19, Carl Michael Kinley, 42, and Branden Tate Coffey, 40, fled during a work detail in a stolen truck.

KSP says the men were last seen traveling south on Allegree Road in the Mount Tabor Community of Todd County in a red 2005 Chevrolet Silverado with a registration number of KM6725.

Coffey is described as a white male standing at about 6 feet tall weighing 190 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. Kinley is described as a white male that is about 5 feet 8 inches weighing 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Churchill is described as an African American male that is about 6 feet 2 inches weighing 190 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
