TJ Regional Health expands on the pavilion

GLASGOW, Ky. – The third floor of the TJ Regional Health Pavilion has been planned out and now construction is underway.

The third floor was “shelled out” during construction of the building back in 2012 and 2013 with the vision of expansion in mind and now the day has finally come for the hospital to move some things around. TJ Regional has seen exponential growth since COVID, the pavilion itself having almost 3 million patient interactions since opening in 2013. The third floor should be complete within 12 to 20 months, housing new offices and practices to improve patient flow.

News 40 spoke to Dr. Michael Saridakis who said the expansion is greatly needed to serve their growing patient base and those who come from other areas.
