Thousands of Bowling Green residents experience power outage due to car wreck

Many Bowling Green residents were without power last night due to a car accident., causing an outage for over 4 thousand customers.

A customer tweeted a photo of the scene, with BGMU sharing the post, verifying that was the cause of the accident. More photos were shared, showing the full extent of the damages to the pole and power lines. 

The company tweeted at 8:51 pm, that power should have been restored to all customers at that point, and that crews were beginning to replace the pole.
