Suspect in Muse apartment complex shooting arrested in Tennessee
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Police say a suspect has been arrested in connection to a shooting at the Muse apartment complex.
According to the Bowling Green Police Department, the Tennessee Highway Patrol apprehended Donavon T. Jordan, 23, of Bowling Green on Wednesday evening.
Jordan was wanted on an arrest warrant as a suspect in a shooting on April 30 at the Muse apartment complex at 1799 Russellville Road.
In a uniform citation, officers say they made contact with one victim, who had a gunshot wound to his right thumb and shin, along with a bullet hole in his clothing near the upper leg. Police say they learned a verbal altercation allegedly had taken place.
The second victim sustained a gunshot wound to his left foot.
Both injured men were taken to area hospitals to be treated.
Three shell casings were located at the scene, according to police.
Jordan is being held in the Henderson County Tennessee Jail awaiting extradition. He is charged with first-degree assault.
